FAQ's

  • Why does my Philips 2300 dispense water when it switches on?

This is completely normal. During start-up the machine automatically heats up and performs a rinse cycle to clean the internal coffee circuit before brewing.

  • Why doesn't my coffee taste right after installing the machine?

The Philips 2300 automatically adapts its brewing system over the first few coffees. Philips recommends brewing approximately five coffees before the machine reaches its optimum performance.

  • Can I make two coffees at the same time?

Yes. Simply press the selected drink button twice to activate the 2-cup function before starting the brew cycle.
