If your coffee machine is not dispensing, the most common causes are a blocked brew unit, limescale restricting water flow, a failed pump, a jammed grinder, an airlock in the system, or a solenoid valve fault. Many machines will also display a fault code when flow is restricted.

Check Water Tank

• Remove and reseat
  
• Ensure valve opens
  
• Confirm tank is full
  

Run a Hot Water Cycle

If water dispenses from steam wand but not coffee spouts, issue may be brew unit related.

Clean the Brew Unit

• Remove (if removable)
  
• Rinse under warm water
  
• Allow to dry completely
  

Descale the Machine

Grinder Jam or No Beans Detected

• Beans not feeding

• “Fill beans” message may appear
  

Solenoid Valve Fault

• Water not directed correctly
  
• Internal blockage
  
• Can cause water to divert to drip tray
  

Airlock in System

• Common after descaling
  
• Occurs when water tank runs empty
