  • Use all three CoffeeSelect bean hoppers

    CoffeeSelect allows three different coffee beans to be stored separately. Rather than filling every hopper with the same beans, use one for espresso, one for medium roast coffee and one for decaffeinated beans to get the most from the machine.

  • Let AutoDescale do its job

    Unlike most bean-to-cup coffee machines, the CM7750 automatically descales itself when connected correctly and supplied with descaling solution. Check the descaling cartridge regularly to ensure automatic maintenance can continue uninterrupted.

  • AutoClean still needs occasional checks

    The AutoClean system washes the milk pipework and brew system automatically, but the drip tray, grounds container and external milk components should still be cleaned regularly for optimum hygiene.

  • CupSensor improves drink quality

    CupSensor automatically raises or lowers the central spout to suit your cup height, helping preserve crema and reducing splashing. Always allow the sensor to position the spout before dispensing begins.

  • Use DoubleShot for stronger coffee

    DoubleShot grinds and brews twice using smaller quantities of coffee rather than extending extraction. This produces a richer drink with less bitterness.

  • Create individual user profiles

    The CM7750 stores multiple personalised drink profiles. Save your preferred strength, temperature and drink sizes for quick access without changing settings for other users.

  • What makes CoffeeSelect different from a normal bean hopper?

    CoffeeSelect uses three separate bean containers, allowing different beans to be selected automatically depending on the drink. For example, espresso can use one roast while café crème uses another.

  • Does AutoClean mean I never have to clean the machine?

    No. AutoClean significantly reduces daily maintenance by automatically cleaning the milk system and brew unit, but you should still empty the drip tray, grounds container and clean removable parts regularly.

  • Can I still make coffee if AutoDescale needs attention?

    The machine will notify you if the descaling cartridge requires replacement or attention. Completing maintenance promptly helps ensure uninterrupted operation and protects the internal water system.

  • F10 – Water Intake Fault

    F10 indicates the machine is unable to draw sufficient water. Check the water container, water supply and water filter before restarting the machine.

  • F17 – Water Flow Fault

    F17 indicates restricted water flow through the system. Limescale, a blocked filter or interruption to the water supply may be responsible.

  • F73 – Brew Unit Position Fault

    F73 means the brew unit cannot move into its correct operating position. Remove and clean the brew unit if instructed and allow the machine to initialise before refitting.

  • F74 – Drive System Fault

    F74 relates to the internal brew unit drive mechanism. Restart the coffee machine first. Persistent faults generally require further diagnosis.
