TASSIMO Machine Not Brewing
If your TASSIMO powers on but will not start making a drink:
Check the following:
- Make sure a genuine T DISC pod is inserted
- Ensure the machine was powered on before inserting the T DISC
- Confirm the brew head is fully closed and locked
Clean the brewing area
- Wipe the brewing unit and lid area using a soft damp cloth
- Remove any coffee residue preventing proper closure

Water may leak from underneath the machine or around the T DISC. This is often caused by worn seals, a blocked brewing unit or an incorrectly inserted capsule. Read more →

Not recognising T disc
If the machine cannot read the barcode, it may refuse to brew. Check the barcode is clean, the T DISC is undamaged and the barcode reader is free from dirt. Read more →

Not turning on
If the machine has no power, check the power supply, ensure the water tank and brewing unit are correctly fitted, and inspect for signs of internal electrical or switch faults. Read more →
