JOLIE & MILK – WATER INTERRUPTED

Selected coffee button steady and other button flashing. Water may have run out during delivery. Refill the tank and restart the selected drink.

JOLIE & MILK – RAPID FLASHING

Coffee buttons flashing quickly after five deliveries. Empty the used-capsule drawer and press a coffee button to reset.

JOLIE & MILK – EMPTY WATER TANK

Water supply has run out or the tank requires refilling. Check the water level before restarting delivery.

JOLIE & MILK – CAPSULE DRAWER FULL

Used-capsule drawer requires emptying. Remove the collected capsules and correctly refit the drawer.

IDOLA – CAPSULE TRAY ALARM

Used-capsule collection tray missing or incorrectly fitted. Reinstall the tray correctly to clear the warning.

IDOLA – BUTTON NOT RESPONDING

Machine is ready but does not acknowledge the selected drink. Check the used-capsule collection tray is correctly installed.

IDOLA – LEVER WILL NOT OPEN

Capsule loading lever remains closed after delivery. The used-capsule collection tray may be full and require emptying.

DESÉA – BUTTON NOT RESPONDING

Machine is ready but does not acknowledge a drink selection. Check that the used-capsule collection tray is correctly fitted.

DESÉA – LEVER REMAINS CLOSED

Capsule loading lever will not open after delivery. Empty the used-capsule collection tray and try again.

TINY / TINY ECO – FLASHING LIGHT

Flashing during startup can indicate normal heating. Wait for the control to reach its steady ready state.

WATER WARNING

Water tank may be empty or incorrectly installed. Refill with fresh water and ensure the tank is correctly seated.

CAPSULE DRAWER WARNING

Used-capsule container may be full, missing or incorrectly fitted. Empty and reinstall it correctly.

DESCALING WARNING

On models equipped with a descaling indicator, the machine requires its model-specific descaling procedure.

FLASHING WHILE HEATING

Flashing immediately after switching on can indicate normal warm-up. Wait for the appropriate steady ready indication.

WARNING REMAINS ACTIVE

If a warning persists after correcting its documented cause, check removable components and restart normally. Further diagnosis may be required.
