Ninja Luxe Café Premier Not Pumping Water

Check the Water Reservoir
Remove the rear water reservoir and refill it with fresh, cold water. The Luxe basket requires at least 533ml for brewing, while the single and double baskets require water above the minimum fill line. Refit the reservoir firmly.
Check for an ADD WATER Warning
If ADD WATER appears despite the reservoir being full, remove and reseat the reservoir. Press START BREW to resume the cycle. Ninja identifies incorrect reservoir seating as a possible cause of this warning.
Allow the Machine to Heat Up
The Ninja Luxe Café Premier must reach its operating temperature before dispensing. Allow the warm-up process to finish before attempting another brew.
Check the Grind Setting
Coffee ground too finely can restrict water passing through the portafilter. Allow the current brewing cycle to time out, then use the recommended grind setting for the next extraction.
Inspect the Filter Basket
Remove the portafilter after it has cooled and check the basket holes for blocked coffee grounds. Clean the basket thoroughly before attempting another extraction.
Check for Limescale
Mineral deposits can restrict water flow through the internal circuit. If the machine is due for descaling, follow the ES601UK cleaning and maintenance instructions using the manufacturer's specified procedure.
