NESPRESSO not piercing capsule
If your Nespresso machine is not piercing the capsule, the most common causes are a damaged or incompatible capsule, a blocked piercing plate, or a worn brewing mechanism. Check that you are using the correct capsule type for your machine, inspect the capsule chamber for coffee residue or obstructions, and clean the piercing area carefully. Never force the lever closed, as this can damage the capsule holder or piercing needles. If the machine still cannot pierce capsules consistently, the brewing mechanism may require repair or replacement.
